Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final and no refunds take place. The only occasion we will refund is if we are unable to deliver the requested items or if there were missing items in your order.

Help! My order is being returned

If you do not pick up your package it will be send back. Unfortunately we cannot get these parcels back so you will lose your order. We do not reship in these occasions.

I have not received my order

Please reach out to us so we can check the status of your order and see if there is anything wrong with it.

I’m missing products

We try to package things as compact as possible so we often reduce the quantity of boxes and put double the amount in one box.

Please double-check before reaching out.

If we have forgotten to add items to your order we will credit you extra store credit and add extra free products on your next order in most cases. Refunds are applicable only to this type of situation.

I have received the wrong items

Sometimes the main brand is out of stock and we substitute it with another comparable brand with the same active ingredient. Is this not the case? Please reach out to us and we will solve the issue as soon as we can.

My tracking is not updating

Sometimes packages do not update but this does not mean they are lost/seized. Packages can get stuck for 7-14 days on the same message for International Orders.

I have not received my tracking codes

For International orders we send tracking codes and for USA Domestic only by request.
